After dropping my car off first thing in the morning w/ confirmation that they would be done by that afternoon... they ended up keeping my car for THREE days and running up the bill from an estimated $450 to over $1100. I asked them if they would take $100 off the total for keeping the car two days longer than originally stated, and they laughed and said no way. And now, to top it off... after barely a year, the starter they installed is broken AGAIN, and they have no intention of standing behind their shoddy work to rectify the situation. My suggestion to you... stay far far away from Ralph's, they aren't who they USED to be.
