My wife had a wheel bearing fail in our Durango last year, making a horrible noise. Took it in in the morning about 10 AM. They had the wheel bearing replaced, and even replaced the front brake linings by 3 PM (they needed it). Even gave her a ride home and then drove over and picked her up. Outstanding!

I've had several tough times with this station. One time, I dropped off a car battery (at 10 am) to be tested and when I called at 3pm (because they couldn't do it then and there), they still hadn't done it....
