Love it!

We have been here since June 08 and this place is fabulous. They have an automated system to pay the rent. They are on top of taking care of the tenants. For example we went on vacation and they brought in our packages to our apartment rather than let it sit out. how thoughtful! Its so nice and quiet. Everything was new when we moved in.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I have lived here for a year , and it is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. They do not care about you, all they care about is future residents. It wasn't worth the 1250 i paid a month, and now they jacked up the rent another few hundred and its definately not worth it. you can find somewhere cheaper, safer, all around better in walnut creek on creekside, but I am telling you this place is awful.
