Long wait no customer Service..MOD John

06/03/08 My daughters and I went to your resturant today for lunch. The place looked very nice. We were seated right away. (not many people in the place) The waitress took our order. 2 burgers 1 hot dog onion soup and 3 order of fries. 45min. later still no food. Soup and salad should have been right out. Other customers came in 10 mins or so after us and got there meals. My oldest daugher went to the counter and told the waitress we had been waiting for 45 mins already so just forget the order. The waitress said OK sorry. We left. I called the resturant and talked to the manager (John) I said "Hi John, we were just in there and waited 45 mins for our meal. John said yes your food in the garbage" and hung up on me. I have work with the public for 23 yrs. now. I can not believe the so called customer service we received. This was my first and last time going to Daisies Cafe (since you opened the larger resturant.) I will make sure everyone I know in Lackawanna (I've lived here for 46yrs.) will know how badly we were treated. I wish I would have made a scene in front of your other customers. So they could see how well your manager handles his unsatisfied customers. Thank you for your time. I would like a e-mail back. Just to see if you care at all about your business.
