I had storage with LSS for a year. Billing was never correct...every month we were charged double with auto transactions plus we would receive bills in the mail with late fee attached...even though it had already been charged on card. Their employees are late opens and early closing....keep in mind they LIVE upstairs from the office. This company has terrible knowledge of running a business.
