I have been going to Millicent and Co. for many years.....on Baltimore, in El Cajon (til the fire) and now, yesterday, for the first time, to it's new location on Palm Avenue in La Mesa. The new place is so beautiful, so tasteful and so complete you would think you were in La Jolla or Rancho Santa Fe. Besides just hair, you can get massages, skin work, special sessions of Botox and other skin fillers. There is one masseuse, 3 skin specialists, 32 chairs, you name it, Millicent's has it. I have lived all over the U.S. and in Europe too but have not found anyplace as upscale, competent and comfortable as Millicent's.
