Horrible

Hair profile botched my hair - TWICE. I thought that maybe I wasn't clear about what I wanted the first time around, so I gave them a second chance. With a picture in hand, I asked for a very simple haircut. I did get a haircut, but it looked nothing like the one I wanted, and was entirely too short to try to salvage. When I asked for a refund they refused, citing it was not their "policy". Apparently their policy is to ignore customer satisfaction and instead reach for their customers wallets, even after admitting that they messed up. In other words, if you care about your appearance, I would avoid this place at all costs.
