They do well - Need more information

They treat me well when I have a request. I do wish they posted the holiday delayed pickup dates in more places. I am struggling to find if I need to put my cans out tomorrow or is it a holiday.

Man these guys take everything!! I had filled bag after bag of lawn clipping and pulled trees up and set it out and *poof* it was gone by 10AM. Thanks guys for all you do with ya Kuna would really stink. Oh and BTW for the angry guys for 2008, hey man wind runs wild in Kuna maybe you should pull your EMPTY cans in when they get emptied. But hey that's just me. have a great one

J&M is the worst in the Treasure Valley.

I am a little fed up with J&M Sanitation in the Kuna Area. I have been a customer since 2003 and started off having terrible service and an attitude with the owners/management. Countless others have had problems with them as well. I made many unanswered phone calls to an answering service, then finally... got a call back and talked with the supervisor/owner, and they seemed to get their act straight. NOW... it is December 2008, and it appears that they have new people, because they have stomped our garbage cans in that we own, not theirs that are rented... they leave the cans in the street so cars can run them over, they even (after a complaint that they were leaving the trash cans in the street) in a fit of rage have thrown them 40 feet from the street up against my house when done loading their truck. Pretty Childish, and very unprofessional. Of course they do this after I have left for work, otherwise I would run out and make them pick them up. I have been nice, paid for my services and I think have been VERY Understanding, and understand that it isn't the management, but the employee's who go with the trucks and load the trucks that are acting like children with no disregard for other peoples property... but enough is enough! Kuna NEEDS a new Sanitation Service Provider. As it is now, it is manditory to use them with the City of Kuna, as it is included with the Water/Sewer/Trash Bill. Get with it KUNA, and DUMP J&M!!!
