Professionalism

We started going to Linda's swimming lessons a month ago...and not longer attend as Linda removed my daughter from the program because of $80. She called for payment and removed my daughter from the program because I was unware of the payment policy. I have never spoken to someone so rude. To think someone who has run a business for so many years would be so unprofessional. I would be weary of joining this program.
