I had a great experience

I saw Dr. Ashworth just once and she properly diagnosed and treated a condition I've had for years that two other dermatologists mis-diagnosed. I thought the front desk was fine. I didn't interact with them much at all. Dr. Ashworth was great!

Go Elsewhere!

My experiece with Kirkland Dermatology Associates left a lot to be desired. I agree with the other reviews that mentioned that the front desk people are not exactly the friendliest. Ok, actually the front desk people, in my experience were horrible. They were not friendly and when I called to get help finding the place (after my GPS misdirected me)they kept saying that they were not familiar with the area, to get to a major road and call back...they never mentioned they were in a section of the hospital! Overall I was not impressed with the physician or the front desk, too bad to because I went there on a reccomendation from a doctor I think the highest of, he will be sure to hear of the place he is referring people to and hopefully he will change his mind. In short, save your time and your money and take yourself to a better determatology clinic, there is certainly more out there to choose from!
