unprofessional

I visit Dr. Schwartz's office and arrived five minutes early. I waited forty five minutes to be called into a room and then waited for an additional twenty five for the doctor to enter the exam room. He left the room twice when a medical assistant had questions. He spent less than three minutes with me before telling me I had a viral infection that was causing my sore throat. He never did a strep culture. After four more days of an excruciating sore throat I saw another doctor who swabbed me for strep, which was positive. Dr. Shcwartz was the worst, most uncaring and unprofessional doctor I have ever had the bad luck to go to.
