Dismal Service

Simple request to borrow a pair of scissors or a knife to open a plastic-sealed product I just bought. The sales clerk didn't have a set and asked the manager -- who just lazily responded that there weren't any knives or scissors in the entire store (yeah, right - a store that has no knives/scissors? How do they open their boxed shipments??).
