This branch was very helpful, the branch in Tualatin was not. The account was supposed to be closed 12/31/07 and for some reason the Tualatin branch did not close it out. Thus there was late fees that had to be paid. Even though I met with the King City Branch and closed my account on March 11, paid the late fees, I was reported to some check rite system and now my bank does not want to work with me. I do not like Key Bank for what they have done to my credit. A phone call would have been appreciated.
