They have very nice items on display in thier store and it's fun to watch him work. However I ordered a cake topper in April and called to confirm when I would be picking it up in September and they had no record that I had even ordered a cake topper. Then i was informed they couldn't even make what I wanted, even though when I ordered it in the first place we drew it all out, the icing on the cake was the womens rudeness. I used to visit there and buy something every time i visted Rapid City, I will never set foot in there again.
