Maybe I have a good account manager...

All the other reviews are negative, but I have to tell you, I have had the best service with this company. I've been on time every month for 9 months and have had problems the past two months getting my payments in on time. My account manager has worked with me and allowed me to send in post-dated payments without even a late fee and they've never harassed me about anything. I'm not sure if it's the particular people others are dealing with, but I have never had anything but the nicest service and they mail my receipt every month. The only downside is that when you pay in advance it moves your next payment date up on the receipt but I called the office about it and they explained that it's the system, but that my file reflected the correct date and I've never had problems with them.

Bad Business Practice Overall!

Don't bother even trying for a loan here.You'd be better off borrowing from family. Statements are not sent, RUDE PEOPLE, even if you are current with payments. Don't even count on an ACCURATE WORD ON PAYMENTS...
