scam artists

I took my mustang to the "body shop" on Washington Avenue in Kent. I was skeptical about the work being done on my new mustang but, I took it there anyways since the insurance reccomended them. The repairs took 8 days longer than originally quoted the repairs cost almost twice what I was quoted. The vehicle sat in the back lot for almost a week before it was even brought into the shop. When I finally got my car back the fender didnt line up with the hood the paint didn't match and there were dirt specs all over in the paint. i took the car back the manager, Lavant assured me they would fix it and wanted it back for a day. The receptionist was rude and on the phone arguing with apparently her husband the entire time I waited for the rental to pick me up for the initial repair. The shop personel kept saying they were "FORD CERTIFIED" HOWEVER WHEN I CALLED fORD THEY EXPLAINED THE SHOP WAS A FRANCHISEE AND NOT "CERTIFIED IN ANY WAY. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS...
