As a new patient I arrived 1/2 hour early knowing I would have paperwork to complete. I waited 1 hour past my appointment time (including early arrival I waited 1 1/2 hours). Deciding I had waited long enough, I asked for the return of my insurance card and driver license. Surprise,suddenly they were ready for me. When I saw they were ushering me into another room I asked how much longer I would have to wait to see a doctor and I was told they didn't know. Since I value my time more than I do their's I promplty walked out - never to return again.
