Not Very Nice

I had an appointment at 1:30, 45 min. later I'm still sitting there. I got up and walked out after about 50 min. NOT friendly, was treated like I was invisible. Most of the people in there looked as if they had hate in their faces. I also didn't trust the place because it was very dirty.
