I won't go back. Back and sides aren't even. She cut these short nape layers to be even with bottom of very long side layers. Came in with shoulder length hair so there was plenty to work with. So now my long sides swing back and around to the back. From a side profile you can clearly see the difference now. You have to cut the back differently than sides to make them appear even and perfectly blended. Everyone knows this. The middle layers of back should have been cut to be even with bottom of sides and short nape layers should have been tucked underneath. She should have cut layers at top of back and made them even with middle side layers. This is haircutting 101. So basically the shape of the back of my head is visible and there is no length near nape. Was just a bad cut and I will not go back. I had been growing out my hair for months before recent visit and now I must start all over. Also, stylist cut me off during consultation and said I was just going to have to trust her even though it was first visit there. She refused to do certain things because she didn't agree it would look good. I wanted to be calling the shots but she wouldn't let me. She didn't listen and had an attitude she is an "artist" and that you should just be grateful that you have been deemed worthy to be a client. Maybe at Great Clips and Fantastic Sams the stylists have less education but they are more willing to please you there and they do best to give you what you want.
