Be careful when dealing with this company!

I was approved to rent a house from this company, with the contigency of a co-signer. However, when my co-signer saw how much liability the lease from this company placed on the renter (if something electrical went wrong - you pay. Plumbig bad? You pay.) she refused to co-sign. But because they demand a deposit upfront, they refused to refund the $800 I had paid them in advance. I never signed a lease, never lived in the property, yet I had to forfeit my deposit. And this is not uncommon for this company at all. So...be careful. Demand to see the lease BEFORE you fork over your money because, trust me, you'll find the lease to be unreasonable, and you'll save yourself a lot of money. Better yet, just don't even deal with them - they are shady, which anyone who has ever dealt with them will tell you.

Avoid

I do not recommend this company. My personal experience lacked any customer service what so ever. Calls were never returned and mail was "returned to sender".
