User Reviews of Drape Mary Ann

Took our money. Charged us unfair rates.

Went in to office in 4-2007. Case never went to court and was dismissed in 10-2009. Charged $1000 for Cross Motion and Parenting Plan, 3 phones calls to client, other charges are for mailing and faxing information. We asked for a refund of money not used from retain and was told no. Requested again along with detailed billing statement and were charge $200 an hour. Also charged $200 for initial consultation that was suppose to be a free. Does not return phones call for nothing. DO NOT USE THIS INDIVIDUAL.

She is very resonable

I think mary has done a great job on my child support case and on my husbands. She works real hard for her clients!

Poor Representation

She couldn't handle a simple divorce, child support issue. Took her over a year just to get service of process on the defendant and then SHE FAILED TO APPEAR in court for the Plaintiff and the case was dismissed. She doesn't return telephone calls and has virtually no communication with her client and then she tries to blame the client when SHE (the attorney) does not perform her duties.
