Bad Service by moving company,through design by exchange

Design by Exchange assured me that the moving company they use called Millers Moving and Delivery were professional and would not have a problem moving the piece I had bought. This was not the case the owner of the moving company was very rude and yelled at me. He told me he could not move the piece into my living room and that if I wanted it in the back way I would have to tear apart my back steps, and that if he had to wait any longer he would charge me double, when I told him to get out of my home,he told me not to order him around,and told his guys to leave the peice in my hallway, I told him they were not going to leave it in my hallway and to put it in the basement he then said he would charge me double for ordering them around,when I called Design by exchange they acted as if it is not there problem. My thought is that you should know the other company's you choose to work with and that those company's are a direct reflection of what you represent which in this case was ch to be a crook and have no customer service skills. I will NEVER buy from them again because they associate with such companys.

High Quality Furniture & Decore Consignment Store

This place is top notch with great quality furniture and customer service from the two women who own it. It is a great store to consign with and to buy from.
