I have gone there for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

Fast and Thorough

I didn't have a problem with this dentist. I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years. When I finally decided to go they found 16 cavities. Over the course of two appointments, they drilled and filled, and now I have no cavities. The staff seemed nice and thorough.

DO NOT GO THERE!

I have never had a more horrible experience with a dental office. From the moment i walked in i had a bad feeling. I went in to have two cavities filled and came out paying for three. Not only did she not discuss this with me, the filling were done wrong. I have air pockets in everyone of them. I fly for a living. Talk about pain! Also I moved to another state and they refused to transfer my dental records. They charge me 18USD to pick up my dental x-rays at their office. When I asked why $18. They replied they could charge whatever they wanted. That wasn't even my question. I have never delt with a more unprofessional group of people. I would not recommend going to this dentist.

Care has changed since they changed hands

I used to go here to see Dr. Fred Bailey and Guy Gronniger. Since it has changed hands, it has changed for the worse from the receptionist to the staff. Stephanie was nice but the male dentist rushed me and did not explain what he was doing and kept asking the other dentist for suggestions.
