My experience with Animal Medical Center is the worst experience I've had since I've moved to Kansas City. I implore others to find a better vet clinic and wish them better luck than I had here. They were very condescending because I wouldn't buy their insurance plan and didn't have my puppy on the schedule they thought he should be on. I found him on campus and waited a few days to see if I could find his owner. After I decided to keep him I knew I needed to take him to a vet. A friend at church gave me the money and I went to Animal Medical Center because it is near my home. I'll never go back there again. They clearly don't think college students should own pets. I'm sure his options would have been better if I'd taken him to a shelter or just left him to be hit by a car. It's hard to imagine people this awful exist, much less own a business

Bad Business / Horrible People

The front desk staff and the book keeper at the Animal Medical Center are the worst in the world. They are painfully slow, totally ignore your wishes, and will over charge you at every opportunity. It's rare to be in there and not see them trying to overcharge somebody. It's amazing that they stay in business with so many better choices so close.
