Bad customer relations/ Pleas read this before you go hear

On Oct 21st 2008 I took my car to Maui oil change and tune-up, the front counter services was very nice and fast. I brought my own new fuel filter in for them to replace the old one, the labor was $42.00. I also asked for a tune up to replace my spark plug. No one explained to me what a tune up service included in before or after. The Original Quote was $80.95 then they called and said the spark plug would cost more...a lot more $59.12 to a complete total of 188.66 for everything. I went ahead and had it done anyway just so my husband would not have to deal with it. The next day, I began to smell gas coming from my car and when I took a look under the hood, it was apparent that the fuel filter was not on correctly. Gas was running out and the smell was unbearable. I had to take time off of work to bring it back to them, not to mention how unsafe it was to be driving a car that was leaking gas all over. They fixed the leak and gave me the $13.51 that it spilled out in gas. They were not very apologetic and did not offer to pay for the labor, which I would have expected. They should have comped me the labor charges for my time, worry and hassle.
