Lunch special at the Breakwater by Rachelle S. at InsiderPages

The Breakwater serves a $5 lunch special of Mongolian grill beef or chicken and rice. The food is a popular lunch for the nearby high schoolers. Its good Asian food for a good price, and fast too!
