I have been coming to this office with both of my boys for 12 years. At first I really loved bring my kids here when Dr. Magat was there. When she retired it seemed like they got a new front office staff and I know a couple of them are rude and nasty. I haven't seen them there lately either. I don't really care for Dr. Coleman she knows what she is doing but she is rude to me. All in all I do want to look for another doctor. I like when they tell me they can't see my son who has chonic asthma so I can take him to Eglestons in Morrow. I love the doctors there.

front office staff is rude

I was very disappointed with the front office staff. The receptionist when you first walk in is rude and incompetent, the DR. was pretty good and so was the nurses.

Worst customer service- Front Office!!!

The doctors are efficient and plesant but the front office staff really stinks. My children have been a paitent with this group from day of birth, but now I will have to remove them due to the crummy customer...
