Cold Dining

My husband and I visited Java Moon Grill at Six Flags on Sunday evening. We received the beautiful presentation of the great tasting food as we expected. This is a treat for us to stop here whenever we are in the area. Last night, however, was a bit disturbing. Despite our repeated requests for heat in the dining room the waitress (nice enough) said she keep asking the owner to raise the heat yet nothing was happening. Every patron worn a heavy coat while dining and I think that freezing while your eat is wrong. The person behind the counter said she was turning the heat up, what she doesn't know is that we are in heating business and baseboards are not controlled by warm air vents which is what she was trying to do. We couldn't enjoy the meal or the atmosphere or the time together because we were freezing! I know the price of oil is high but this was ridicules. Two other couples said they were going to write in as well. I hope this matter gets corrected because this is one of our favorite places. I guess we have to bring our own blanket!
