I had my subaru in to 3 different dealers with a battery problem. No one could fix it. Finally I took my subaru to Issaquah auto tech. They found a short in my power antena that was draining my battery. The car has now been fixed for over a month. I am so grateful to have found someone I can trust to find the actual problem and won't just throw parts at it like the dealer did.

I had my car to other local shops and no one could find the problem. I decided to give Issaquah Auto Tech a try. They were friendly and kept me informed of what they were doing. More importantly they found the problem no one else could and fixed it. I wish I had taken my car to Issaquah Auto Tech first. It would have saved me money and time.

People are nice enough, but the work and level of honesty is terrible. I took my car in because the engine would not turn over. They told me I needed a new distributor cap because my current cap had some...

This is a very dishonest auto shop. Thru the course of several phone calls, their story kept changing about an alleged "unsuspected" complication with my car, and they kept trying to make me pay to fix their mistake. Of course, they backed down when they realized I wasn't an idiot and I called them on their obvious shenanigans. This is in addition to the fact that I received two different price quotes from two different representatives for the same work -- the lower price was given over the phone (to get me in) and the higher price was quoted at the shop. Classic bait and switch. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I know I won't.

I came up to Issaquah to check out a used car I was considering buying in the area. They gave me a very comprehensive checkup of the car at an acceptable price. If I lived in the area, I would not hesitate to...

Never has so much been explained to me about what is going on with a sick car. My usual repair shop in West Seattle was a bit too far away when the ride started misfiring, and I pulled in here out of...

Since I seem to buy new or nearly new cars and keep them until they are dead or pretty near dead, I was always looking for a good repair shop. Once I found this place, they have done many repairs for...
