Unprofessional firm

I have never been more disappointed in a company until now. They were supposed to represent me in an injury accident (not my fault). As soon as the insurance company denies my claim for payment, ( a tactic all insurance companies use) my lawyers quit too! I wish I never looked in the yellow pages and found their advertisement. I would call and leave 2-3 messages for people that never return calls, I would have to follow-up with them everyday just to make sure they received my message. They are very unprofessional, and when you ask to speak to a manager, they are not at their desks, people are always out or away from their desk. I will never use them again even if they were the last attorney's office in the area. I will definitely talk bad about them to whomever is looking for an attorney. David Kohm should really reevaluate his hiring practices because his employees make his name look really bad!!!

couldn't care less

I wanted to file a business bankrupcy. I called ths law firm. After leaving several messages and getting the run around for 2 days. I called another law firm. They still have not called back. I find there conduct very unprofessional.
