excellent with color

After really bad luck at so called "high end" salons with color, someone told me about this place. I love the down to earth atmosphere and how they all get along. They listened to my concerns and what I wanted and I walked out feeling and looking amazing!! I would highly recommend anyone there!

Bad Customer Service!!

I went into Extreme Hair to get some shampoo and conditioner and the woman working was very rude to me and acted like I was a nuisance. She did not greet me and instead she commented to the client she was working with "I'm never going to get you out of here!" She then proceeded to "help" me by totaling up my purchase with a calculator. She was very irritated and it was unnecessary. I was just as much of a paying customer as the woman having her hair done and I feel that I was entitled to pleasant customer service as well. When I asked her one additional question she told me she really didn't have time for it. I Needless to say, I won't be going back there again! What a beast!
