BRIDES BEWARE!

My daughter bought her wedding gown from Sophia's in March of 2007. Her wedding is scheduled in June of 2008. Her gown should have been ordered using a hollow to hem measurement. Instead, the owners ordered the dress using a standard measurement, forcing unnecessary and costly alterations. When we asked that the dress be re-ordered using the correct measurement technique (which the manufacturer verified), we were denied. We then asked to return the dress for a full refund and were again denied. It is our opinion that this standard measurement was used to pad their own profits. Our experience with Sophia's was most disappointing.
