Watch Out For Dr. Gloyeske

Went back to Dr.Gloyeske today for my 11 year old daughter. He never finds what is wrong with her. He just tells her its all in her head and she is a hypocontriac. He wont listen to what is going on and wont go out of his way to get tests ordered. He is hateful as well as the nurses and office staff. I cant wait to change doctors in Jan. Thirty minutes late to our appointment he was today no apologies or sorry or anything just to tell us nothing is wrong as usual then he wonders why we dont come for a year or two to follow up. Why go if someone treats us horrible!

wouldn't go any place else with my children

I love Dr. Gloyeske, he makes sure that my children and I are all apart of the decision making regarding their care. I have never had a problem with the office staff if my child needs an appointment (occasionally I have been asked to speak with the nurse to make sure my child needs to be seen that day, which is appropriate given a busy office setting). I don't mind that there are no toys, because honestly I wouldn't want my children to be touching all the germ ridden toys anyway.

You've got to be kidding me

The first response hit it right on the head. The office staff and phone personnel at this office are RUDE! She flat out REFUSED to make an appointment for my daughter, who is very ill. I've known Dr. Need all my life...he and my grandfather were good friends and in medical school together. I highly doubt that if Dr. Need were still in practice that the woman answering the phone would still have a job. I have half a mind to call him and tell him how she just treated me.

Before my daughter

I have seen Dr. Phillips since I was a little girl and now he is seeing the next generation. I don't think I could see taking my daughter anywhere else. Hopefully, when the time comes, she will take her child(ren) to Southside Pediatrics.

What are you talking about?

I have found the staff to be fine and the doctors to be great. There are four doctors in the office and my sons have seen three of them and all three were fantastic. The staff isn't going to be winn...

Poor Customer Service

If you can get past the bad attitude front desk workers, you may enjoy some of the physicians at Southside pediatrics.The front desk workers have the worst attitudes I've seen at a physician's off...

Bad Customer Service

If your first impression of a doctor's office is the front desk staff, I would think that you would want to get nice, friendly, helpful people to staff the front desk.Apparently not at this pedi...
