My problem was that they did the pedicure last of four services, and then proceeded to tell me that I could not wear my socks and shoes for an hour and a half. I had never had a pedicure before, so I did not think to bring my own sandals. They provided me with paper thin flip flops to wear home. They kept folding down under the toes and they really hurt. I stumbled down the hall trying not to fall and felt like an idiot. I had two stops I needed to make on the way home and it was the middle of winter. I couldn't understand why they didn't use a finishing spray like I use at home that sets the polish within a few minutes, or do it first or second so that it would be set upon leaving. I also thought they could have suggested that I bring sandals and inform me that the pedicure would be last when I made the appointment. I called to let the management know that I was dissatisfied with the way the pedicure was done. I spoke with a lady named Dee. I found her to be rude and upity. She said, "Haven't you ever had a pedicure before?" She said there was nothing they would do. She said it was my fault that I had put on my socks and shoes and that now I was expecting my money back. I had never suggested that they give me my money back, but I did ask if they would do the polish over again. I didn't expect them to do the foot bath, salt scrub, etc. I just thought they would be willing to take 10 minutes to make a customer happy. Nice service!
