crooks , and thieves

SUCKED !stay away from this place went to purchase a chrysler 300 in jan 2009 . i gave them a 500$ dep .i decided after much thinking that was not a wise decision picking up Another car note after paying one off . long story short they woulde not return my deposit ,very rude on the phone ,was cursed out several times by sean .and i'M SURE U ALL NO WHO THAT IS . ENDED UP SUING THEM IN HAMILTON COUNTY WHERE I LIVE THEY NEVER SHOWED FOR ANY OF THE FIVE COURT DATE AND FINALY JUDGE ISSUED WARRANT FOR ARTHUR HEDGE ARREST . THIS PERSON IS IN CAHOOTS WITH SEAN AND SIGNS ALL INCOMING MAIL AND DAILY DEALING OF OFFICE . SO WHEN THEY ARREST HIM I WILL GET MY MONEY BECAUSE HE HAS A 500 DOLLAR BOND ON HIS HEAD . I RECOMMEND ALL WHO I HAVE READ ON HERE TO DO THE SAME. ARE A CLASS ACTION LAWSIUT FOR SHADY BUISNESS PRACTICES. STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!!

to everyone they ripped off please read!!!

i am in the same situation that you all are in,but i will not let them keep my money,i have filed with the attornay genral,the bmv dealer dept. and i am talking to the attornays that deal with indiana lemon law...please feel free to email me with your copmlaints and i will see if i can help you as well...they need to be stopped!!! they need their lic,pulled!!! they are liers,and they try to get you to committ fraud like they do!! i will be getting my money back!!!

Dont understand the complaints

I had been turned down for a loan at 6 dealerships and they got me financed on a 2007 Charger!! All the other reviews appear to be be from people that didnt ( or couldnt ) buy a car. I have bad credit and a good job. I am THANKFUL to have a place to work with me in my situation. I was also referred by my cousin who is also happy to have a nice car from them. Why would you except reviews from people that and NOT customers???

We went through the same as the gentlemen on here..Except they stole our money!! I am sitting here with no vehicle and they have my $1000 and refuse to return it...They are crooked, rude, and very unprofessional!

Dissapointingly Dishonest

Worst experience dealing with any company was with Indy Auto Brokers. The numbers never added up, alot of gray area tactics to say the least. Could not stick to one price on the car we were looking at. The staff was higly unproffesional once they realized we were not going through with the deal since there where way too many discrepancies on the paperwork They not only lied to us and the bank, they were not even able to keep their own story straight on what they told us or what was agreed upon. We tried reasoning with them , as all we asked was for them to follow through with what THEY agreed to do several times from the beginning. Instead they continued to feed us several different lies and act as if the conversations never took place. We were told in not so uncertain and very threatening words, to come down there in person if we wanted to fight about it any further . At this point our only goal make sure everyone else is aware and does not fall in the same trap.
