Best Frames and Service!

When reading these reviews I'm somewhat puzzled. My experience was most plesant and the results were above my expectations. The doctor as well as the staff (Monica,Sarie?) were very helpful. The frame selection was the best that I have ever seen. This is the office that I will use and recommend to everyone! Thanks!

Worst appointment I've ever had!

I would never EVER go back to this doctor. He rushed over my eye exam and was rude while doing it. He threw me a couple pairs of contacts and despite telling him that my eyesight was still not 100% clear with what he gave me, he sent me on my way. I should have walked out of the appointment when I first got there. It was THE worst eye appointment I have ever had and I will never go back. I doubt if he's even a certified optometrist. I don't think the doctor knew what he was doing.

I Love EyeWorks!

I love the Dr. He is very good and made me feel very comfortable. I had no problems getting my glasses. Service was quick and staff was very polite.

Save yourself the struggle

I wrote a review a week ago and I am writing again, as I sit on hold. I am checking up again on my order of contacts and glasses and they have yet to come in and they still will not give me a date that they may arrive. This is week 5!! I am back off hold and they said they will not even give me an estimated date of arrival so I am going there now to try to get a full refund. I will never do business there again. Save yourself the trouble.

very slow and non responsive

I loved the Dr that did the exam, my issue is I have been waiting 4 weeks just to get a perscription of contacts. i have contacted the office via phone and in person several time and keep getting told the same answer..."I don't know maybe a few more days" and this has been 4 weeks. I will not return again in the future unless the office staff changes and can have a better attitude towards their customers.

Great place to visit

Dr. Anderson is a great doctor. Very laid back atmosphere and staff most helpful.
