Dependable and Loyal to my family!

The team at BrightStar Healthcare have been awesome! From the first time I called to gather information about care for my parents to the very end of life they have been great to work with each time a need came to mind! I would recommend them completely!

Not what I expected

Called to find out about care for my mom, was given the run around. Was told someone would come out, never heard from them. Called the following day and the person on the other end acted like she had no clue. Found a different agency. thought if it was that rough in the beginning, what would it be like from then on?

Helping others Help eachother

BrightStar was a huge help after mom's surgery. The young lady was kind, considerate and well trained. The Director of Nursing - Audrey- really helped get the whole thing set up well, bed/table/wheelchair/potty chair/ dressing supplies and dressing changes. I couldn't have done it alone at all----thank you to my BrightStar Family...

Wow a difference of an opinion

I have been using BrightStar Health Care for about 8months and have found them to be incredibly professional and easy to work with for my family and myself. I have confronted them with questions and concerns of my loved ones care and the have had all the answers available to me.

Outstanding Service

Compassionate Care

Dad was in the hospital and we wanted to provide additional care for him. The BrightStar staff was excellent. They provided a bright spot in an otherwise tough time for our family. You could tell they really cared. THANKS

No Thanks

I called to inquire about services, the man that I spoke with had no clue what he was talking about. I was transfered to a woman who was "the director of nursing" she was rude, and unprofessional. I found another agency to care for my loved one. If they are rude on the phone, how will the act toward the patient??

Find someone else

There are many other agencies to chose from, I suggest doing your homeowrk first or going somewhere else. I did not have a good experience with them.
