For one star dining in Monmouth, try Main Street Station. They're still working to earn their stars. This restaurant is very affordable.
The food is pretty good, standard pizza. However, on multiple occassions WOU student organizations have set up "fund raisers" with the owner where the organization was never paid due to "unforseen expenses."
