So many birds! Knowledgeable and caring, the staff and volunteers were busy on the day I visited with an injured cardinal. Kathy examined him and found missing feathers, and a cat puncture wound, but no broken bones. Antibiotics, rest, food and water with the love shown by RWRC folks will put this little guy back in the air soon. Volunteers were constructing new shelters, and cleaning cages and enclosures. It is a great site with a great heart.

I took my niece to see the birds. I couldn't believe how many. I loved the peacocks and the noises they make. The hanging baskets of flowers really looked pretty.We loved the owls and pelicans too. The big turkeys are so funny,they followed us the whole time.
