Strouds is your above average gym. The trainers there are very knowledgable and very sociable. The prices they offer are the best you will find in town and you won't find friendly service then they provide....

Lot's of room

The greatest thing about Stroud's is how perfectly spaced out the machines are. I never feel like there are too many people around, but I always feel just enough to push myself to work as hard as the next guy.

Home town feel

you love a quiet no pressure workout?

Real iron for real men (and women)
