Bad Service!

This place is full of rude people that can't do hair at all...I had an appointment at 11 am and they took 3 hrs to put me in a chair, I got out at 5:30 am ....and i was just getting my roots done and haircut...this place is horrible is not worth the time or the money...my highligths were bad....the fried my hair left me at the hairdryer for almost an 1 hr ...i had to look for somebody to wash my hair ....then for my hair cut i wanted something diffrent he just ignore me and did whatever he wanted!!....i will never go back .....most of my friends & family go there...but not anymore after this ....keep making money out of bad service.....

Not worth the wait or money!!!

I went in last year for my first visit to this place. I needed high lights and after one of the girls coordinating with Long, started to color my hair. First of all you are left to sit and pray they come back to you quickly. While you wait on one of the many hands that will stop and touch you. The shampooist is not very experienced. She was afraid to wash my scalp and my hair could not have gotten clean. I have been to very experienced shampooist and she is certainly not one. I would have done better washing my own hair. Again pray that someone sees you sitting in a chair with dripping wet hair! After following Long's advice my hair was not right, it was fried and not to mention platinum blonde! Nothing compared to what it was BEFORE I walked in there. Total time in that place was 3 hrs!! Stephanie had to re-do my hair a second time. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Still ended up paying full price for there mess up and damaged hair!
