They insisted I go to a lab that was not a preferred provider on my insurance and assured me they would handle everything. Seven months later and this still hasn't been resolved and now they refer me to the lab. I have forced them to change labs for me and now they aren't making the appointments or sending the orders to the lab. When I was going to their reccomended lab before, I got printed orders for several months of labs. My medication was changed in my charts and they did nothing to inform me of the change, so I was on the wrong dose for at least 3 months. I have left messages through their voicemail and with the receptionist that have not been returned numerous times.
