I have been suffer from major breakage and damage to my hair for the past few months and have been told by several salons that it will take a long time to repair. Many of the other salons have commented that they have seen people from Bella Rinova on other occasions with horrible experiences as well. It is no better than cost cutters hiding behind a fancy name. The owner handled the situation incredibly poorly and barely gave me my money back. She basically blamed me for trying to work with the stylist in an effort to get it right, but I thought that was what you are suppose to do. I didn't realize the stylist would get vindictive and bleach over bleach and over process me so much that i left with neon hair. Seriously, it was neon.
