User Reviews of Kaimuki Camera

Don't Go Here

Although the store is suposed to be open Monday through Saturday...but I drove there 3 times this past week and they were closed all 3 times. Also, for all the times I've tried to call with inquires, no one has ever picked up the phone. Like others say, they offer poor customer service and are not available for the public. While I like to support mom and pop stores, they need to earn their reputation with the public. I have no interest in making any more attempts to offer them my business. Customers should not have to work this hard.

Best camera store in Honolulu

Kaimuki Camera is perhaps the only family-operated camera store left in Honolulu. They're courteous, knowledgeable and they understand the needs of professionals (like myself) and amateurs alike. As a result...

Bad customer service

Judy seems to think Kaimuki Camera has good service. She must have bought something expensive because if you're interested in buying something under $3000 prepare to wait. Worse, if you call to inquire about the availability of a product, prepare to be hung up on. It's happened to me one too many times. Too bad they feel they can treat customers this way.
