Norm's Cycle Center - A Great Place to Get Hard to find Motorcycle Parts and Affordable Service Work!

I have been going to Norm's Cycle for years. They always seem to have the parts I am looking for. If not Norm has a Hot Line that goes to other Salvage Yards saving me time and money from having to call all...

Slow

I took my bike in for a repair that should have taken at the most 3 weeks (considering that parts may have needed to be ordered). When I first inquired about my bike after a month's time, the response I got was "Oh, when did you want it?" -- as if I didn't want to ride anymore. I inquired about two months later; the bike was torn apart but nothing repaired. I waited another month and nothing was done, then another month with no progress. I continued to check back weekly until I finally got the bike back after 6 months, the job was done but the bike was filthy. There is no sense of urgency at Norm's Cycle Center. I the future, I'd rather figure out how to do a repair job myself then pay Norm to sit on it for months on end. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone needing motorcycle repair and wanting to ride again soon.
