Horrible!

My husband & I wanted to try LHS for some time, so we tried it for our anniversary. We waited 1 hr to get seated, which I didn't mind much since it was a Sat night. Many ppl with reservations got seated first, we should've placed reservations. When we were finally seated, we were hungry & eager for our food. Unfortunately, the best thing about the meal was the bread. The service was mediocre; the server's demeanor was lukewarm the entire evening, & she was absent most of the meal. We often sat for extended periods of time waiting for drinks. I am a very slow eater, & I finished my salad & bread long before the meal arrvd. (Normally I have a little more than 1/2 of salad when my food arrives.) When the meal finally arrived, my husband's steak was rare, not medium well. The server took the steak back to the kitchen, & I was left to eat my meal while my husband sat without anything to eat. I was almost done with my meal when my husband's steak arrived med rare. My husband noted that the shrimp had become tough. We decided to leave after 2 hrs; my husband needed to get some food, as he is diabetic &hadn't eaten for a few hours. I was very disappointed by LHS & will probably not go there again. We would not recommend this establishment to anyone else.

Longhorn Steakhouse

I recently went to the Longhorn Steak house at the Waterfront and the food was excellent. The wait though was far from excellent. They are always so busy. I went one time and they had a 3 hour wait...
