I would warn anyone against going to this salon, my experience here was awful and when I tried to address it with the owner she was very rude and actually hung up on me. The associates (as well as the owner) gave the worst quality services that I and my friends had ever experienced and were very unprofessional and rude. My friend left with a bleeding toe, I had butchered hair, there was no concern from anyone there. Charged full (expensive) price for unsatisfactory services; listened to manicurists discuss how hungover they were. Was told not to expect a response from the owner after I sent emails explaining what happened. Worst salon experience ever, it upsets me even to think about it now.
