Pleased with the service and results of my haircolor

Everytime I have gone the staff has been polite and professional. I am a fairly new customer of less than one year. I recently started getting my color @ Lorraines and requested some highlights in the areas of my grey hairs.I have never received so many compliments about the color,highlights and recent cut, not sure what the women who had the bad experience is talking about, she must be the one unsatisfied customer!

I love it there

I dont know what that lady was talking about that she got bad service but she's obviously dazed & confused. I've been going to Lorraine's for over ten years & i love it there. They are always nice and polite to everyone even when the know it all customers seem to drive me crazy. I don't know how they do it. They are always on point. I never see an unhappy person leave there. Everyone always loves their results. I absolutely love Lorraine she's the best. No one I mean NOBODY can do hair like she can. She tackles everything and gets it done. I highly recomend her and I'm white. She doesn't just master african american hair. she does it all......

dont go here if you expect decent service for what you pay

horrible service, loud, rude staff. used too much heat on my hair. didnt talk to me, didnt listen to me or my comments, messed up my color, then argued rudely with me a few days later when i called back and asked her to fix it. hung up on me despite my calm and polite tone in addressing the problem. never coming back. i would never tell anyone to go there for anything unless you are okay with overpaying for being treated poorly, in a horrible environment with crap services.
