HORRIBLE PLACE - they tear shirt and yell if you complain

We started using this place as it was right across from our home, however we started noticing torn sleeves in our laundered shirts. We mentioned this to the owner ( who is really rude) a few times but the torn sleeves continued. So we decided to check the shirts when we pick them up. Today we another torn shirt and I showed the same to the owner. The reaction was terrible - she started yelling at the top of her voice "this is not my responsiblity" "shirts sleeves tear because from the elbow as they get worn out" (this was a new shirt - worn about 4-5 times and the tear was not even at the elbow) "you can go to the court if you want to sue me"... I had not even mentioned anything of the sort - was only arguing with her that they should be more careful next time and I would go another place if they didnt do anything about it... "you can go where ever you want to go - no problem" "dont complain" (why not when you tear my $50 shirts !!!!!) in short, HORRIBLE PLACE - VERY RUDE OWNER - IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE
