They didn't try to over sell us on an alarm and actually offered us a cheaper model then what Best Buy was trying to sell us. The guy who installed it for us told me when I came to pick it up that he noticed when he had turned the car on that the front speaker was messing up so he checked it and reconnected a loose wire. For FREE. I couldn't believe it. I send all my family and friends here when they mention anything they need for their cars.
